Teresa Kilpatrick
Teresa Kilpatrick brings a wealth of experience as a retired CPA, CFE, and Data Analyst. She has held key accounting and managements roles in the manufacturing, telcom, and software services industries. (15 years as an employee, 19 years self-employed)
Teresa’s passion is to help others in identifying their purpose and values and create actionable plans and strategies to achieve their potential. Her financial background allows her to include the financial counseling aspect into any personal or business growth plan.
Her professional and volunteer roles have deepened her understanding of the transformative power of personal growth and community that RISE embodies. As a certified trainer & consultant with the John Maxwell team, Teresa is eager to guide others on their journey of growth, self discovery, and success.
Pattie Klewer
With over 30 years of leadership experience in both the business sector and the church, Pattie is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to grow, build meaningful relationships, and embrace joy in every season of life.
For more than 25 years, she has helped people understand their unique personality styles through the DISC Method, offering transformative guidance in personal, professional, marriage, and premarital settings. She also enjoys speaking and encouraging people to go after their dream.
Her mission is to help others recognize their inherent value both to God and to those around them. A certified trainer and consultant with the John Maxwell Team, Pattie brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a heart for helping people unlock their potential. She makes learning fun and meaningful.
