Not at all! This MasterMind is open to anyone who wants to grow personally and professionally. In fact, I enjoy having participants with a variety of backgrounds and experiences because we all learn from one another.
📖 Do I need to read the book?
Yes. We’ll discuss selected chapters each week. You don’t need to have all the answers—simply read the assigned chapters and come prepared to share your thoughts and experiences.
💻 I’ve never participated in a MasterMind. What should I expect?
A MasterMind is a guided discussion, not a lecture. You’ll discover that some of the greatest learning comes from hearing how others have applied these principles in their own lives. You don’t need to be an expert or have all the answers. Just come ready to learn, participate, and grow.”
👥 How many people will be in the group?
Groups typically range from 6 to 12 participants. This size encourages meaningful discussion while giving everyone an opportunity to participate.
🎯 Is this a lecture or a discussion?
This is an interactive MasterMind—not a lecture. I’ll guide the discussion, introduce key concepts, and ask thought-provoking questions, but one of the greatest benefits comes from learning through the experiences and perspectives of others.
